Eggs make an ideal travel companion! I hard boil one dozen eggs before any trip, place them in quart sized baggies, then place them in an insulated bag with a cold pack. They help to maintain my energy and mood in the airport, on the airplane and once I land. They make a wonderful snack at my destination! I place them in my refrigerator in my hotel room and enjoy them between meals, saving me from eating less desirable foods! I hope I have inspired you to look at eggs in a whole new way!
